Technical Recruiters
Job Summary
A Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent in the technology industry. The Technical Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and negotiating job offers. The Technical Recruiter must have a strong understanding of the technology industry and be able to identify top talent in various technical fields. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and several years of experience in technical recruiting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the technology industry
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for open positions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for open positions
- Manage the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to negotiating job offers
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and current trends
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
